General Shop Questions
Do you take product or collection suggestions?
We love product suggestions!!! Our goal with Queer Closet Co. is to make things you want to have.
Please use one of the contact forms throughout the website to let us know what you would like to see. Be as detailed as you would like, the more info we have the better!
We can't guarantee that every suggestion will be added to the shop, but we will do our best!
How long will it take my order to be fulfilled?
All of our products are printed or knit to order. This allows us to have a vast product selection and cut down on necessary production.
Our printed products can take up to 10 business days to be fulfilled, but usually they are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Our knit products have a longer production time and can take up to 4 weeks to be fulfilled, but usually are shipped within 3 weeks.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing/ put in the wrong address, what do I do?
Once your order is placed it is immediately sent to production which means changes cannot be made. If you make a mistake in your order, email me immediately at info@queercloset.co. In rare cases I am able to change an order before production starts, but this is unlikely, so please double check your order before you place it.
If you need to change the address on your order email me immediately at info@queercloset.co. I have up until the shipment of your package to adjust the address so usually (no promises) I am able to adjust it on time.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees for a packaged that is returned to sender due to an address being entered incorrectly. You will have to pay another shipping fee in order for your package to be re-shipped out to the correct address.
I contacted you but have not heard back, what do I do?
Please make sure that you are contacting us the correct way! We try to check our email every weekday, but sometimes we may take a few business days to get back to you. As of now there is just one of us running the show over here, so if we have an influx of orders it may delay our response time.
All emails should be sent to info@queercloset.co (should end in .co, not .com)
Do not DM or comment on social media about an issue with your order. Most DMs get lost in message requests and we will not see them. Comments on posts also get lost easily and replies often get hidden.
Product Questions
What sizes do you carry?
Our sizes vary depending on the product. Our mission is to our apparel (especially our pride apparel) accessible to all, but unfortunately this does come with limitations. We try to offer inclusive sizes whenever possible. Please check the product you are interested in to get specific sizing availability. Fit varies by product as well, so we highly suggest checking out the size guide to see exact sizing details.
The smallest size we offer is 2XS, and the largest size we offer is 6XL.
For example, our T-shirts size range is S-4XL, our T-Shirt Dress and Wide Leg Pants size range is 2XS-6XL, and our Tank Tops size range is S-2XL.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product listing has a size chart included. Measurements are taken on garments when they are laying flat. For best results, compare the listed measurements to something in your closet that you love the fit!
How should I care for my item?
Printed products: For longest lasting quality, please machine wash your item inside out on a cold gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
Knit products: Knits can be washed regularly and dried on tumble dry low (this is how I wash mine!). To maintain longest lasting quality, wash on a cool delicate cycle and lay flat to dry.
Please note that the design on your printed products should not chip. If your design is chipping after the first wash then there was an issue with it's production. Please email us at info@queercloset.co within 25 days of receiving your items so that we can have a new one sent to you.

Shipping questions
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to almost every country around the world!
Printed products
Printed products can be shipped everywhere except Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria (this is subject to change at any time).
Knit products
Knit products can only be shipped to United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore, Japan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Slovakia, and Luxembourg. (Italicized countries have limited shipping options for knit products, only expedited shipping is available which will be reflected in more expensive shipping costs. This will result in a faster production and delivery time for these regions.)
Any orders placed to a region that does not support shipping will be canceled and refunded.
Please note that there are limitations out of our control for shipments to US Military bases. This means that we may be unable to deliver to a military base. If this is the case, we will promptly cancel and refund your order.
Is it safe to order if I live with people who don't know I'm queer?
Yes, all of our order packaging is discreet. Your items will be mailed in a plain white poly mailer or a plain cardboard box. The return label will say it is from "It's Madison Ryan" instead of Queer Closet Co. so that it is not obvious that pride merch may be inside.
How long will it take my order to deliver?
Most products have an average fulfillment of 3-5 days, but can sometimes take up to 10 days. Delivery to the USA usually takes an average of 2 weeks from the date you placed your order. International delivery could increase the shipping time.
Knit sweaters are the exception and can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill and 4-5 weeks from order date to arrive.
You will receive an email once your order ships with detailed shipping information.
We do not currently offer alternate expedited shipping options.
What will shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be calculated at check out after you enter your shipping address.
USA orders over $69 will have free shipping.
International orders over $150 (USD) will have free shipping.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees and policies associated with shipping to your country.
It says my order was delivered but it's not here, what do I do?
This happens! Sometimes USPS will prematurely scan packages as delivered before they are actually delivered. It will usually arrive a day or two later. If it doesn't arrive soon, contact your local USPS and file a Missing Mail Search Request here.
You can also check with any neighbors (especially is you have a mail room) to see if they receivedd your package by mistake.
We are not responsible for a package after it is shipped. The best course of action will be to contact your local delivery service to help you locate the package. Please feel free to email us at info@queercloset.co for more assistance, but please note that we will not be able to contact delivery services on your behalf. Your local delivery center will be much more helpful than we could be!
Where is my package shipping from?
While most of our orders and fulfilled and shipped from the USA, Queer Closet Co. also works with fulfillment centers around the world to help support our global customer base. We have fulfillment in Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, Toronto Canada, Tijuana Mexico, Birmingham UK, Barcelona Spain, Riga Latvia, Melbourne & Brisbane Australia, Shanghai China (knits only), Amakusa Japan, and Rio de Janeiro Brazil. We only work with centers that meet certain ethical standards or are WRAP certified.
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from each other.
Return Questions
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our products are printed or knit to order. This allows us to have a vast product selection and cut down on necessary production. This means that each product is made specifically because you ordered it.
If there is a defect or issue with the items you receive, please email us (info@queercloset.co) or fill out the contact form below within 15 days of receiving your product so we can have a new product sent to you or issue a refund.
PLEASE be sure to use the sizing chart associated with each item to ensure the right fit. Measurements are taken on garments when they are laying flat. For best results, compare the listed measurements to something in your closet that you love the fit!
